The fastest growing part of the Mat-Su is down Knik Goose Bay road.  Until we opened, retail options in this area were woefully lacking and since many of our staff live in the area, they were unbelievably excited to lead the way by opening the first large retail store to serve the KGB, Meadow Lakes, and Big Lake communities!

We not only know the products in our store, we know how to use them and it is our pleasure to explain things to you in a way that is useful!

Visit the True Value Website for our vast catalog of products available at True Value stores.  If you see something you like, and can wait for it to arrive as part of our routine freight deliveries, then shipping is free to you!

Currently, we are not selling products online.  For now, we are proud to serve the immediate needs of the surrounding area.  We may expand our services to include an online store in the future.  Rest assured, we will let everyone know if anything changes!

Here's how it works:

• As you shop at truevalue.com, eligible items will have the Ship-to-Store option clearly marked.
• You will be prompted to select your local store by entering your zip code.
• Select a store from the list of nearby participating stores.
• After you complete your order, you will receive these emails:

o    Order confirmation email: We've received your order.

o    Pick-up confirmation email: Your order is available for in store pick-up.

Typically, your order will arrive in 15 to 30 business days.  Shipping to Alaska is terribly expensive, but we have routine freight deliveries that we can squeeze your order in on, and then we cover the shipping in exchange for your patience for the item to arrive.  It's a win-win for items you don't need immediately. 

To pick up your order you will need:

Photo ID and your printed order confirmation.  You have 30 days to pick up your order once the product arrives.
